Big Top Productions, is an established tent manufacturer as well as a tent renter. We have a unique ability to truly create custom special events. Big Top does not rely on other suppliers and is not limited to standard tent colors or sizes. Portafloor with Black Turf Portafloor is a molded, high impact polypropylene roll out flooring. It provides a solid base for chairs, tables and heels and can be covered with astroturf. Wood Deck with Turf A grid is created using 2" x 6" lumber and welded steel fittings. It is then sheeted using 5/8" plywood and covered with astroturf. It may be leveled up to 3 feet high making it more suitable for very uneven surfaces. Big Top Productions, Inc. tents tops are manufactured using flame retardant treated material which conforms to State of California Fire Marshal Large Scale Flame Test F-31. It is registered NFPA 701 Material. Flame certifications are attached to all tent tops. The tops are dielectrically sealed, heavy duty, reinforced 15 oz. vinyl fabric. The frame tent top straps are box stitched to a separate reinforcing strip before sealing to the top to assure strength and weather resistance. The frames are manufactured of 2" outside diameter extruded aluminum tubing with 1/8" walls. They are joined by heavy duty welded steel fittings and pinned in place. Standard leg height of all frame tents is seven feet.
